How do we find our correct bra size? It's actually quite simple. Get your tape measure and put on your best fitting bra. First measure your rib cage by pulling the tape measure snug, but not tight, around your rib cage just under the breasts. Add 5 inches to that measurement. That number is your band or bra size.

Next you'll need to find your cup size. Still wearing your bra, now measure around the fullest part of your bust. Typically, this is around the back and across the nipple line. (FYI - this measurement is your Bust measurement you see on the clothing size charts.) Subtract the first measurement, your band measurement, from this number. The difference between the two is used to determine your cup size. A 1" difference is an A cup. A 2" difference is a B cup.
